People say you can’t target your fat but I think you can.
I mean who really wants to do a full fitness regime when all they want is to lose fat off one particular area. This is the focus of your pain – and you want it gone. NOW!
I used to believe there was no such thing as spot training. But I have changed my mind on that. There has been recent scientific reports that say otherwise.
Probably one of the most economical and easiest to use machines that will burn off the underarm fat is an arm bike like this one here. Really simple to use.
Burn off Underarm Fat Without a Machine
So here are some exercises that you can do without any equipment that focus totally on the arm area.
Work your chest
You can do this by pushups – but many people cannot do these right out the gate. Don’t worry about it. Start with wall pushups and then when you feel strong enough try them on the floor from your knees. When you can do 25 of those then get off your knees.
The way to work up to doing more than one or two ‘military pushups’ is by doing the one or two that you can, go back to your knees for a couple, then off your knees for another one. Keep doing this until you can do them all OFF your knees.
Things that pull will work your back area. You can do things that mimic pulling the cord on an old lawnmower. Grab a couple of food cans and bend at the waist while you go through this movement.
Another thing you can do is lie on your back underneath a sturdy table or desk, reach up and grab the edge with your hands and pull yourself toward the table. Keeping your body straight so your heels are the only thing on the floor and you could tie a broomstick to your back. Align yourself so that when you pull yourself close to the table your upper chest is what is touching.
Nothing like a pair of shapely shoulders. You can work these by doing shoulder raises to the side using cans or water bottles or jugs. Overhead presses with cans is another one you can do. You can do an upright row using a chair. Stand behind it and gripping the back of the chair with hands fairly close together and elbows out and up, pull the chair up. Or fill a gym bag and use it instead by grabbing the handles in front of you.
