There are really great ways that you can get rid of your armpit fat.
One of the things to concentrate on is doing exercises that not just focus on the underarm and armpit area, but the whole arm. Self sculpturing a sinewy and sexy arm can be most satisfying and you can to that if you follow these tips.
You might wonder how it is that a bicep curl – made to work your bicep could help you with armpit fat? Directly it doesn’t – indirectly not only does it help but will also add shape. You know that working your bicep will sculpt your – bicep. But there is also this thing called a ‘negative‘ rep. This means when you do a bicep curl and are ready to un-curl, by moving slowly you are causing your triceps to resist the movement. Because the triceps is an ‘opposing muscle’ to the bicep – it gets worked on a negative rep.

Then switch to doing triceps extensions and you will be working the triceps directly. Same with dips or press-downs. If you aren’t ready to join a gym or don’t have any equipment at all. I would recommend on spending a couple of bucks on a a set of resistant bands and picking up a really good ‘how to video’ that will teach you effective resistant band exercises.
When you are really ready invest in rapidly removing that armpit fat there are a couple of machines that I would highly recommend.
These are the elliptical and the rowing machines.
The elliptical is a wonderful piece of exercise equipment because it allows for leg movement without the jarring. People who would like to run but cannot – do very well on the elliptical machine.
The arm levers on the elliptical will work your arms and just by adjusting your leg resistance you can also adjust the amount of resistance you apply with your arms. By working your upper and lower body at the same time you could DOUBLE your calorie burning in the same amount of time that you would spend just walking. Plus you are toning your arms at the same time.
Some things to be very wary of when purchasing an elliptical are:
1. buy a refurbished elliptical – you can find these for sale at your local fitness equipment depot, the local gym, newspapers, Craigslist, Kijiji, and others.
2. buy last years elliptical model – Manufactures are always coming up with ‘new and improved’ so whenever the new stock comes out, the old must go. You can find these in the same places listed above.
3. no bells or whistles – some manufactures have several add-ons for their machines that you can do without if you choose. Rather than having it run on electricity you can chose one that runs on YOUR movement to power it. Some have built in fans or heart rate monitors that you can probably do without if the base version is available. But then some come with everything and that IS their base model.
Whichever way you choose to go, just remember to NOT get something bottom of the line thinking that when you prove to yourself you are going use it THEN you’ll get a better one. If you don’t get an elliptical that is comfortable and effective – you won’t use it at all. Make the commitment to yourself right now – before you invest – then get yourself a nice elliptical.
