When you want to lose fat off any part of your body the basic ingredients are menu selection, cardio activity, and resistance training.
The good news is you can combine two of these for quick and effective results in losing your armpit fat.

Burning off armpit fat can be done without equipment by doing some focused exercises for the underarm fat . You can crank up the fat loss by adjusting your diet. And really make some great gains by adding cardio.
By combining the strength / resistance training with cardio by using something like a rowing machine you could see your calories burned DOUBLE.
Some of the free weight exercises recommended to lose armpit fat using your arms are triceps exercises, like the bench dip or triceps extensions.
Working your shoulders is also a good idea; lateral flys, overhead presses, and upright rows.
Exercises for your biceps can be cable or free weight curls.
Toning troubled areas like the upper back you can do rows and posterior lateral movements.

There is one piece of good news I can tell you about having armpit fat – its that because it isn’t around your major organs it isn’t considered especially dangerous to your health. But its usually the case that if you have underarm fat – there might be fat in other areas.
