Some folks will say there is no way to “spot train”. I don’t think that’s true.

If you have ever been hung up on a weight loss plateau you know how frustrating it is. It seems that only after a few weeks of successful efforts everything comes to a grinding halt. One reason for this is because of your weight loss. I know, sounds weird doesn’t it?
