Many people subscribe to the world of “Thinking Into Success”. That is because it does work.
Also known as Visualization and a technique used by everyone from actors to athletes. Ask anyone who has accomplished any goal and they will tell you they had it all thought out ahead of time.
That doesn’t mean they knew exactly HOW they were going to accomplish their goal, it just means they could see the end result in their mind.
Reaching Your Goal Weight With Visualization
To help with weight loss efforts many of those who have been successful have said that the times they failed was also due to the fact that at a certain point in their weight loss they didn’t recognize the person that was in the mirror.
Especially people who have been overweight for many years. Once the pounds start to melt off a new person is revealed in the mirror. One secret to continue with the goal is to be prepared for the new you.
People can prepare by having a current photograph taken at their current weight then Photoshop it so you can SEE what you will look like when you do lose the weight. This will help with visualization techniques and get you ready for the day you start to see someone new emerging in the mirror.
