Step 2. Please wait for us to reply to you with further instructions and a RMA number.
**IMPORTANT Note: we do not accept returns unless pre-authorized. This is for your protection. If we are not expecting your return it may be refused or not be processed.
To inquire about a specific return transaction already submitted to us please email again, and give details of transaction. Include tracking number and other details if applicable.
Please do not ship packages by any means other than how we indicate when we authorize a return. This is to avoid incurring additional fees and charges which would be borne by you.
Step 3. Returns and Exchanges must be assigned a Return Authorization Number within 30 days after delivery to you. Please note that, on an exchange item, the 30-day period is from delivery of the initial purchase, and not from delivery of the exchange item.
Step 4. Be sure to return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels in return-transit.
IMPORTANT – Customs Documentation: When a purchase is being returned from outside Canada, clearly indicate there is no purchase value and “Returning to Canada”. Unclear or inaccurate customs declarations that incur administrative, tax, or duty fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
